1In North and West Vancouver, if your daughter wants to play Canada’s game, she should play for the North Shore Avalanche. Avalanche hockey provides the best progressive instruction from dedicated committed coaches. When a girl joins the Avalanche she gains life long skills built intentionally through systematic progressional development, fun and friendship. Avalanche hockey is a fast, exciting game (no body checking is allowed) that provides unique benefits to girls that play the game.

2Our Association has been providing excellence in girls hockey since 1998. Because of the commitment and dedication of our parents and players our program is among the largest and most successful in the Province. Our Association believes that hockey provides significant life experiences to our hockey players and their families.

4Each year our Association plays home to over 200 West Vancouver and North Vancouver girls. Annual fees are very reasonable, and the 2011-2012 season goes from September 2011 to March 2012. Parents will be happy to know most ice times have great start times. Our programs fill up fast, so register as quickly as you can.
