Step One

If this is your first year, click here to create a username and password for the registration system.
If you have registered before, your username and password will be emailed to you.

Step Two

If this is your first year, click here to login and add player details for each player you will be registering. You will only ever have to do this once.
If you have registered before, this information will all be saved under your username.

When you start the online registration you will need to provide the following information:

• Primary contact (parent 1): name, home phone, work phone, cell, address
• Primary contact (parent 2): name, home phone, work phone, cell, address
• Emergency contact: name, home phone, work phone, cell, address
• Doctor’s name
• Doctor’s phone
• Medical number

• Medical conditions

Step 3

Login to register for the next season and mail your payment.
